Patrick is a real estate developer and licensed real estate broker specializing in the quickly advancing downtown Rochester marketplace.  Patrick and his affiliated firms, Dutton & Company, Dutton Properties, and FORTIFIED, have a particular focus on mixed-use developments and therefore have extensive experience in apartments, condominiums, office space, retail, restaurants, light industrial, and maker’s spaces. Patrick is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a degree in Education.  Patrick is a member of the Cornell University Athletics Hall of Fame, where he was honored for his accomplishments in lacrosse and football.  Patrick played professional lacrosse for the Rochester Knighthawks and Rochester Rattlers, winning league championships with both franchises in 2007 & 2008, respectively.


MAURO CRINGOLI, RA

Mauro is a licensed architect in the State of New York and leads the architectural division of FORTIFIED.  Mauro has extensive experience in both redevelopment and new construction projects and has worked on several signature projects in Rochester and Buffalo, including the redevelopment of The Metropolitan (former Chase Tower), The Glenny Building, and more.  Mauro has over 25 years of experience managing all aspects of design, code review, construction administration, and more. Mauro received his undergraduate degree in architecture from the University of Buffalo, as well as his Master of Architecture.  Mauro has served as an Adjunct Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology in the School of Design.
